With several years of experience in the fitness field as a personal trainer, group exercise/boxing instructor, and physique competitor at the national level, Cher attended her first yoga class as a skeptic embarking on a dare from a trusted colleague. At the time she was exclusively weight-lifting and closed-minded to other forms of physical activity, and yet as early as the completion of her first yoga experience, she knew that it would become a strong part of her life. Fast forward over a decade, and Cher continues to grow and benefit from her yoga practice and has set out to share those benefits, including increased physical functionality and a calm and focused yet expansive mind, with her students.
