Hasani's love for fitness is something that's been acquired throughout the years. It started with boxing when he was 13 and developed into a passion for hard work and perseverance. He further expanded his knowledge adding Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Capoiera, and Krav Maga to his skill set. Hasani has had his own personal struggles in overcoming a congenital condition in his ankles. He chose not to let it stop him and instead used it as fuel for training harder. In his classes, Hasani uses complex combinations alongside body weight training to help students improve technique, speed, and accuracy in their workout. His classes are always creative, enthusiastic and passionate, just as he is. Prepare to sweat and get in shape!
