Ana is our go-to girl when it comes to training for the kids and teens program. She is a certified youth trainer and an expert in physical conditioning and fitness. She brings years of experience to the table, combined with charisma, willingness to listen, and the enthusiasm needed to work successfully with both kids and teens. Her main priority is to meet the needs of her students and their parents in a manner congruent with individual needs and fitness goals. Ana looks forward to inspiring youth to fitness through noncompetitive group classes led with a fun and energetic attitude.
