12 pm - Core and Upper Body (Resistance Bands and DBs)

5 pm - Full Body

Saturday, June 26

9 am - Core and Upper Body (Resistance Bands and DBs)

 

Sunday, June 27

10 am - Legs and Glutes (Resistance Bands and DBs)
